Small group training is the best option for getting in shape. Nothing can replace the in-person guidance and feedback regarding form, technique, appropriate weight to use for each individual, and modifications for each individual person.
Each group has a special unique flow which makes the group training experience not only effective, but fun and memorable. We work hard, we laugh hard, we support each other through the fitness journey!
